Oh, I give him plenty of credit for allowing 9/11/01 to occur. That one
was enough for any administration...
Or at least I give credit to his handlers. He probably wasn't told
until he was reading his copy of "My Pet Goat" -- having reached his
Peter Plateau at that particular moment.
