I was hoping to read something 'reasonable' like suing automakers because they 
have not sold enough 0 emmisions cars, or not meeting clean air standards.  But 
this has me completly confused.  What about the fact the state licences these 
same vehicales, or other sources of green house gasses, say factories, or even 
natural sources like Mamoth Mt.  I can see trying to make future 'progress' but 
this seems too be going off the deep end to me.  As you suggest it may soon be 
illegal to own/use/drive in CA period.  

Shaking my head....
