I had a rule that would permanently delete specific emails. Outlook set to ask if it should send a Read/Delete notification, and Outlook sent a Deleted without Reading notice to the Reply-to address. I would get bounces in my inbox from that, thinking I myself had a virus because the originating IP and mail server were my own.
