As for the BBQ Maven, it might interest you to know, Steve, that on larger building projects, the building owner often requests and PAYS for "as-built" drawings. These show how the building actually works as opposed to the building plans that show how it should work. Such drawings are invaluable when it is time for renovations, upgrades, or repairs. Of course this product often suffers the fate of most documentation -- never updated.
