Sounds like you've answered your own question. TN will return a Republican senator to Bill Frists's seat and we may even have a majority of Republicans in the state house for the first time in many years. Republicans will do well this mid-term, as they should. The economy is clicking along nicely, gas prices are down, both houses of congress have passed legislation to secure the Mexican border and we haven't been attacked since 9/11.
