Just as of last week. Sometimes they do our NCOA stuff for us - not a great experience. Their upload was pretty cool [all web based] but slow. It took three days to get the data back with the other company we go through takes about 4 hours. The internet features while has some really good features, acts slows and sluggish. Many layers of security which I'm pretty sure they don't talk to well together.
