Ted,

That's *exactly* the type of service I've been looking for (as opposed
to what you refered to as "Backups-R-Us.com" - LMAO)

Rsynch.net:

1. Pricing is competitive even at the low end ($9/month for 5G)

2. They offer have a "Geo-Redundant Filesystem" option which I assume
means dual storage in the US and Switzerland

3. Your filesystem is a normal unix filesystem, and will preserve
ownership, access times, and other attributes of your files.

4. Your filesystem can be accessed with any platform (Windows/Mac/Unix)
over ftp, ssh or WebDAV using open, standards-based tools (rsync, scp,
WinSCP, sftp, Unison, rdiff-backup). These tools can be used with your
filesystem just as they could with any other local or remote unix
filesystem that you already use. (Many of the "Backups-R-Us" services
have the most god-awful software interfaces and/or restrictions)

5. Supports unlimited inbound and outbound data transfer

Thank you!

Malcolm
