In my past shark has usually been oily, so on a Cedar plank, grilled over the fire will probably be like chicken and catch fire, so do it in an indirect manner to be safe. Chunk it and skewer it, serve with veggies on their own skewers. Soup? Small chunks with fresh veggies add in a sliced jalapeno, lemon grass, and some coconut milk. Beer Batter and Shark and Chips. I could go on. :) Stephen Russell DBA / .Net Developer Memphis TN 38115 901.246-0159 http://spaces.msn.com/members/srussell/ -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
