I have to say No and I'm at least in a position, unfortunately, to make
that statement. A number of years ago my sister-in-law was murdered by
some PoS. The individual has never been identified or caught and, in
all likelihood, never will be but I can honestly say that if he/she
were, I'd be the first one in line to end their life.
