Hi Michael, Heritage Foundation wouldn't know poverty if it hit them in their collective mouths. Suppose the computer is 10 years old? The stove 30 years old? The refrigerator 20? The coffee maker 50? In Florida they can put you out of a home you own if they control 51% of the condo association.
