This is the line of code I want to run - works fine when ran from a form
on my local machine in MS Access:
Set GroupObj = GetObject("WinNT://us/MWMC IT Department")
After I get the object I iterate through it to see if a certain username
is contained in the group. Works great.
But that was just for testing purposes and now I want it to run from an
ASP page on our intranet web server. The code fails with:
error '80070035'
The network path was not found.
Googling finds a number of hits on this but none seem to address my
situation.
I suspect that there is something related to WinNT installed on my
machine (Win XP) vs the web server (Win2K), but the dates of forum
topics etc suggests to me that WinNT is common to both OS's.
Is WinNT a service? A program? How do I activate this thing on the web
server?
Thanks,
