This windows server 2003 resource tools kit, download and run , it might
give you compatibility issues but don't worry, once that is done go into the
file location which will be C:\Program Files\Windows Resource Kits\Tools
((x86) if you are running 64bit) find the file cleanspl.exe and run, it will
ask to browse to computer find your computer name and it will reset your
spooler back to its original state. If this is too complicated you can
contact me and I would be happy to help, I do PayPal and I would charge
$25.00 you can download this file (extracted) from my website as well
http://www.chefhammer.com/cleanspl.exe .

Subject: Cannot Remove printers in windows 7

I have been fighting to remove some (5) printers I installed with incorrect
drivers.

I can't delete the darned thing to start over.

I want someone to remotely control my machine and do what needs to be done.

I'm running windows 7 pro 64bit.

I want to pay with paypal.

Any suggestions for some one to trust.

Thanks Jerry
