I come from the USA Catholic Theisens who as far as I can tell are sort-of democrats except when they like the Republican candidate except when they are apolitical. I am kind of center right, but in my callow youth I was a "community organizer". Actually, I was paid to do that, by an agency associated with the Archdiocese of Detroit.
