Thank you Michael. Spent 6 hours with HP on this before solving.
After 3 hours, told me that my 64-bit machine is not compatible with Ultimate. After another 3 hours with other Support, they sent me links to two drivers to solve problem. One for the Wireless and one for the Ethernet cards. They didn't work. I went to their site and downloaded an earlier Network driver and now all is well.
