And it has certain limitations - the free one. I'm not exactly clear on 
those limitations - as I continue to use the free one. But, at my job - 
they ran into the limitations - and ended up buying a license. It is 
something like - if you try to connect to TOO Many different people with 
your free version - it thinks you must be a tech support person in a 
business. And, then it does these weird time limits - and drops your 
connections after reaching limits. Something like that...
