I had the pleasure of meeting Joe at devLink 3 or 4 years ago. Powerful guy who commanded a lot of respect from the developer community. At the time I didn't know who he was but i found that we were going to similar Open Space meetings. He gave the closing talk and from then on I wanted to read his blog.
