One of the organizations that uses my software had trouble running it. They 
installed 
it just fine but it wouldn't run.

It turned out they had put their system on drive i: and connected drive c: to a 
removable USB drive. And c: wasn't currently mounted. Mounting the removable 
device 
fixed the problem.

This was last week.
