Tried:
ON SHUTDOWN
RELEASE ALL
CANCEL
CLEAR ALL
QUIT just does nothing. No error.
It happens occasionally, seemingly after I run a PRG generated by GenDbc.prg
(to recreate my DB).

That happens to me on occasion, too. Not too often, thankfully. And
I've tried what you mentioned above as well.
