I am not sure who deserves credit for the white roof idea or pollution to
block UV.  But, Chu is the guy who decided as of Dec 31, 2011 - 100 watt
light bulbs would no longer be available in the US.  He was quoted in a July
9th WSJ article  as saying --- "We are taking a way a choice that continues
to let people waste their own money".

I have not done the math but, at the local Kroger I can buy a pack of 4 100
watt bulbs for about a buck and a quarter.  How many 100 watt bulbs could I
buy for 535 million?

Is he the crazy guy who suggested we replace all black rooftops with
white ones?  Or perhaps the nut who suggested we send pollution into the
atmosphere to block [excessive quoting removed by server]
