If you have all that stuff above ready to go (including Windows 7 SP1) 
on a USB drive it's not going to take much more than 2 hours and
probably much less if my experience with the desktop and laptop I bought
recently is anything to go by. Also the Windows firewall will be on by
default, all you need to add to that is Microsoft Security Essentials
which will download and install in 15 minutes easily. You don't need
another software firewall. Or AV, for my money.
