I have a routine that will copy x number of records to the clipboard
(using _vfp.datatoclip)
....other stuff
scan while recno()<=copyrec+numtoclip
mynumber=recno()
scatt memvar
sele 1250
appe blank
gather memvar
repla recordnumb with mynumber
sele (clipalias)
endscan
wait window 'Pasted record to clipboard' nowait
I think in your instance, you could add "if selected" before the scatt
memvar
