Alan,

Which file is it really happening with? I have some DLL's that will return
this error when they are actively in use by a running program. If I remember
correctly, the dialog gives you Retry/Cancel/Ignore options and tells you
which file. I've had to pull teeth from the user on the phone to get the
full message.
