Hi all,
I'm using Craig Boyd's AppUpdate for some time now, and it
always worked flawlessly. 'Till yesterday. I'm noticing a strange behavior
at a client site where 2 out of 3 PC have upgraded from XP Pro to Win7 Pro
64bit. Well, the XP Pro machine updates no problem, whereas the Win7 ones
don't. I've tried both 'Run as admin" and "XP compatibility mode" on
AppUpdate.exe on those, but it doesn't kick in. No error shows, but the flow
proceeds to the execution of the main application .exe, which is the old
one, not the new/updated one. Is it a '64bit' thingy? Can someone suggest a
solution?
