Yes either fry it or bake it.  Most popular methods to cook one.  You
could put it in a pressure cooker if one was big enough.  Skin is not
so good but the meat is great.  Last way is to drop it in a seafood
boil.

Sure you could also smoke it on a low temp smoker as well.  250 for
30min per pound.
