Anyone signing their VFP exe files with MS Authenticode or self-signed certificates?
We post MD5 checksums for our customer downloads, but this requires our customers take an extra step to validate our downloads. In theory, using a certificate based signature makes validation seamless. We get these "is your software signed" questions every few months. Anyone getting these type of questions/concerns? My understanding (could be wrong here) is that Vista may display warnings when installing or running unsigned executables. Anyone have any experience on this subject?
