It took the EU three years to study bottled water and concluded the 
manufacturers cannot claim on the label that "regular consumption of 
significant amounts of water can reduce the risk of development of 
dehydration." What a pathetic bunch of bureaucrats.

This is similar to the European banana law which says bananas cannot be sold if 
they are too limp.
