All my form are based on a base class I built some years ago. In the load event of this class, I open a file which contains all the parameters of the forms and I seek the key corresponding to the current form and the current user. Main parameters are position of the top right corner, the height and width ... and the backcolor. So evryone can select his own parameters.
This file has more than 20 fields : I record a lot of things for each form !! Hope this helps.
