Managed to watch this yesterday and couldn't agree more... The 'net has become such a vast playground that you simply HAVE to discipline and/or learn to unplug yourself... I can't even keep up with the tech/professional stuff I really want to, let alone when adding all the fluff to the mix... I used to dig Twitter but went cold turkey two years ago - great fun but spent way too much time trying to keep up with the torrent of tweets... I've got a FB account but am seriously thinking of bailing on that... let the wife deal with all the updates to friends and family... These days I'm trying to do more of a 'one way' net existence and just blog from time to time...
