Just got tasked w/ coming up with recommendations on this...
I'm told the hospital is hosting an event at a local convention center and basically wants to provide an online RSVP type of thing in order to get a head count and payment checklist for attendees. It won't have to process payments... I think we'd just want the basics like name, company, address, contact info, etc. We'd then use the results as a check list to then see who's sent in a check or not... So far googling has turned up WuFoo.com, Anyvite.com that might be usable (but haven't dove into them to be certain). Anyone here use anything like this before? I *could* write this myself but ironically my front-facing internet ability is extremely limited here.
