I use to know of a utility - I believe it was some project hook code that allowed you to get the object name when a form was running. I believe you could either do a mouse over with a keyboard short cut, or an alt click or something to that effect, and the object name and full hierarchy was either placed on your clipboard, or sent to a wait window.
