Basically, it works... Two things I noticed: As I don't have a printer that supports cloud print natively, I'm using the Classic Printer option. This works by having Chrome on a machine that is connected to the printer. This instance gets logged out of Google services from time to time. You then have to re-enter your password on this machine before you can print again. Hasn't happened in the past few months, though. Maybe they fixed that issue already. It's mostly the mobile versions of GMail, GDocs, etc. that support CloudPrint. The desktop versions don't.
