How can the prosperity generated by automation and globalization be 
shared by all members of our society? It doesn't help that the "haves" 
don't want to share, rather wishing the "have-nots" to  . . .

the highly compensated jobs of the tradable and non-tradable sectors, 
have high and rising incomes and interesting and challenging employment 
opportunities, domestically and abroad. Many of the middle-income group,
