I don't immediately see the utility of #DEFINE in this context - could
you give an example ? #INCLUDE seems like a good idea.
By the way I am staking a claim to "INE" as the extension for my
INiEnhanced files ! According to filext.com it is "available" - it must
be one of the few that is <g>

using Win32 API to access your ini files) - add support to your parser
for #define and #include directives. The #include directive works great
if you have a set of apps that share common INI file settings. The
#define directive is a great tool for quickly and accurately changing
multiple related settings at once vs. via using search and replace.
1. #define <constant> <value>
2. #include <file>
