Actually it is the computer 's workgroup administrator password, if the
computer was joined to domain after the oS was setup, but if there was no
such workgroup then you would need admin password, but that can be reset
rather easily if you have the right pw changing software, but simply just
put a new win directory inside old os is easy especially if it's a dell,
Compaq, hp as they store key code in the setup files so it doesn't cost
anything for os.
