Are you kidding?  Then you would have to hold them responsible for the
truth in the advertising as well.  That would cut off revenue adn
don't touch my money!  Thus there would never be any reporting that
ads by XYZ Pack are incorrect as long as XYZ Pack keep pay for new and
different ones.
