I have a grid where I set the dynamicbackcolor of each cell based on a
value in a field. This is working perfectly. When I click on a colored
cell, I would love to have the backcolor remain the same. When I click
on a cell it turns white and puts the cursor at the end of the text.
When I arrow up or down it changes the cell I'm on to a dark purple (or
something like that).

So I am getting inconsistent highlighting based on whether I click into
a cell or tab - arrow into a cell.

Here is what I want. The grid is read only. I do not want row
highlighting. When I arrow up or down or tab, I would like the cell to
not change color from the dynamicbackcolor. When the cursor is on an
empty cell, I want it to be white like any empty cell. When the cursor
is on an occupied cell, I would like it not to change color.

I have played with so many of the color settings I am getting lost.

Thanks,
