Yep.  Multi-part forms.  There is a line spacing setting, but it doesn't 
seem to go the right way.

     There is 8 lines per inch
     7/72 inch line spacing
     6 lines per inch
     n/216 inch line spacing
     n/72 inch line spacing

     What I need is 4.33 lines per inch.  Not sure how to fit that into 
one of the formulas above.  (.232558 inches per line)
