It is a complicated set of rules that define EXACTLY what should be where. I live it at the day job. What industry are you looking at, there are many that interchange information via edi. I currently maintain these Documents: 940 Warehouse Shipping 860 PO Update 856 Shipping Notice 855 PO Acknowledgement 850 PO 810 Invoice Today I am implementing the 5010 standard to replace the 4010. Difference is better references for international business from my point of view. -- Stephen Russell 901.246-0159 cell _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/cajidmykqc7hr3ncg1l1x6kpessx8nszfcqn7wjnndv_nbkx...@mail.gmail.com ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
