A little math here, Jeff:

Lets use the n/216 spacing.  216/4.33 = 49.88 units per line.
OK, if we use 50/216, how far off will we be at the end of the page?
At 50/216 per line, the actual line height is .2315".
In 10" of printing, that's 10/.2315, or 43.196 lines.
Customer wants 4.33, so at the bottom of page we're off .13 inches.

If they can live with that, you can do it.
If not, they need a different printer or a different form.

BTW, OkiData 390s can do n/360.  If you used 83/360 as a line feed, 
you'd only be off 0.06" after 10" of form.
