Yes, I did. The old UNIX model of a dumb terminal is still viable for much development work. I have an Android tablet, and the first add-ons I looked for were ssh and ViM. I don't have a Bluetooth keyboard, so I didn't go crazy with this, but it is worth considering: the CPU, memory and display of a tablet is better than the developer's machine of only a few years ago. -- Ted Roche Ted Roche & Associates, LLC http://www.tedroche.com _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/cacw6n4tzpxdszfjxlz74ms4q4hbj29+myps0hmdv2ew4ndk...@mail.gmail.com ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
