Jean, If you mean the Job Scheduling suite produced by BMC then I have done some work on it but only for the purposes of data transfer as they recently updated it to run on M$ SQL Server, however I may be able to help if only to point you in the right direction.
I didn't notice the ability to drive VFP from it, but your customer may have bought the software as an add-on.
