It could also be you have different paths in your dev environment vs. the EXE.

It was choking on a user defined function that was compiled in FPW and didn't make it, for some reason, into the project and didn't get compiled into the executable. I guess running it from the IDE compiled it on the fly, but the compiled VFP program choked.
