He could have stopped the Fed from pumping a gazillion dollars into the money supply, destroying the dollar and increasing oil prices.
He could have gotten behind the student uprising in Iran to drive out the current regime like he did with Egypt and Libya. He could have increased oil leases instead of actually lowering the flow of oil from federal government lands.
