Thanks, in fact I was able to modi file on the exe and search for the string
VisualFoxProRuntime and there it was.

Use an editor or a hexeditor and search for the string
"VisualFoxProRuntime.".  The version the .EXE was compiled in will be after
the "." character.

There is a tool in VFP called HexEdit:

DO (HOME(0)+"\tools\hexedit\hexedit.app")
