Hi Michael, I guess he was not arrested. He was "detained", "handcuffed" and "interviewed". Really. If they detain me and handcuff me they had better have really good lawyers. But I guess the weasel words are there to get around the 5th amendment. If I am detained and in cuffs I am deprived of liberty, though, to my thinking.
