I don't think the Express/Professional is the problem.  10.50 is SQL
2008 R2, 10.00 is SQL 2008.

Sorry, I don't have a solution.  Enterprise manager should be able to
generate your scripts, just make sure you script the data & other
important information (keys, etc).
