Hi Adam,

You are mixing two questions that have little or nothing to do with my
rhetorical question about how their ""family" experience can in any way
be typical". What, you think their family experience *would* be typical?
I have another link (presuming you read the first one, LOL):

http://www.radicalparenting.com/2010/06/28/the-importance-of-male-role-models-for-boys/

Unfortunately, I have long and VAST experience with gays and lesbians
which was forced upon me rather than sought by me. I am, sad to say, an
authority on the subject whether I ever wished to be or not. I suppose I
understand the complexities of this better than people who blithely toss
off complex questions that only lead to other questions, perhaps from
the enviable vantage point of no or little experience. Sharing this
forced experience always meets the blindest of blind denial.

The "closet" is good, by the way. If this crap is simply not tolerated
by society it is an important start. The one thing we can learn from
Islamic societies, I dare say. However . . .

Considering your first question "why on earth does her being a lesbian
have any influence on her stupid statements" - do you not know? Here we
have maybe 2% of society that turns an important aspect of life, perhaps
the most important aspect of life - or at least the most basic, on its
head and then you ask why this upside down world view would "have any
influence on her stupid statements"?

Then the second question you ask is much more basic: "shouldn't she be
out raping young girls"? The answer to this is obviously "No!" I must go
on to say that NO ONE, "she" or "priests", should rape young girls - or
boys, but if you don't just know this . . .
