Inherited some really old Macs yesterday which were otherwise going on the skip. A Mac Classic, a Mac SE and a sadly busted Performa. Last time I used a Classic or SE was in 1987, booting them up really was a blast. First thing I thought when the desktop came up was 'right, let's up the resolution' before realising what I was thinking!
Also in the goodybag was a Personal LaserWriter, cables chunky beyond belief, a Word 3.0 ring-bound manual, and an Amstrad 2400 baud modem! Had a happy evening playing with it all while my wife circled and shook her head in despair. -- Alan Bourke [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- http://www.fastmail.fm - And now for something completely differentÂ… _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
