Inherited some really old Macs yesterday which were otherwise going on
the skip. A Mac Classic, a Mac SE and a sadly busted Performa. Last time
I used a Classic or SE was in 1987, booting them up really was a blast.
First thing I thought when the desktop came up was 'right, let's up the
resolution' before realising what I was thinking! 

Also in the goodybag was a Personal LaserWriter, cables chunky beyond
belief, a Word 3.0 ring-bound manual, and an Amstrad 2400 baud modem! 

Had a happy evening playing with it all while my wife circled and shook
her head in despair.
