Siswoyo, if you search the ProFox archives on the keyword "repair", I'm
pretty sure you'll find a lot of information on this subject, including
recommendations. 

In my experience, while it is possible to recover some corrupted DBF's
(fixing the header sometimes helps), but for the most part I opt to
recover from backups + audit trails of changes made since the backup was
taken (so it's a 2 part defense).
