It has quite a 88 countries in it (assuming my search regex is right) so that 
may be a good source for you. Look for outlook.hol on your system, assuming you 
have it installed. I replaced the commas with tabs and pasted into Excel. From 
there it was pretty simple to populate a DBF.

This is on my list to look at, tweaking the dates table in the DW and have it 
reflect Thanksgiving In CA as well as USA, Any holidays in England I need to 
know about would help as well.  We are looking at possible expansion into 
Western Europe as well but are waiting to see what if anything happens with the 
Euro and a melt down over next two quarters.
